5.) The Sandlot – I like this movie because it is funny and makes me connect with my inner child. I especially like the insult scene where the kids are making fun of each other in a childlike way.
4.) To Hell and Back – This is a movie about one of WWII’s most established soldiers, Audie Murphy. Audie Murphy plays himself in a vivid retelling of his journeys during the second World War. It is filled with suspenseful scenes and touching moments.
3.) Star Trek: Into Darkness – The second entry in the reboot of the cult classic, Star Trek. This movie revolves around the mysterious figure, Khan, and his unknown intentions. This is a great movie for people who like science fiction movies.
2.) The Bourne Trilogy – With the fourth movie coming out soon, the Bourne movies are a great trilogy to watch. The movies follow ex-assassin Jason Bourne after he has been fished out of the sea and has no memory of his past life.
1.) The Lord of the Rings Trilogy – Based off of legendary author J.R.R Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings, this movie is about an evil dark lord named Sauron’s lost ring being found by a hobbit named Frodo. Frodo and his companions must go on a perilous journey to destroy the ring.
